The production line from molten iron, sand mold making to casting sand removal, painting, drying and other major processes are controlled by computer. It greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, reduces energy consumption and air pollution, effectively improves product quality and quality product rate, labor productivity and economic benefits of enterprises, and achieves the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption and carbon emission.
